How do I get in touch with you now that Passbook has shut down?

Please email us at service@passbook.app. If you need to dispute a transaction, please follow these instructions:

• In the subject add “Dispute request”.
• Include the following details in the email:
• ○Your legal name.○Details about why you believe there is an error- include the date, type, and amount of the transaction you are disputing.

We'll reply to you within 3 business days regarding your disputed case.

What is going to happen to my Passbook account?

All Passbook accounts were automatically closed on May 1, 2023. If you didn't withdraw your money from your account before 5:00 p.m. PST on that date, then we'll mail you a check to the address we have on file within 20 business days or dispose of your money as allowable by law.

Are there other banking services with similar features I could use?

Yes, there are other companies that offer similar products. MAJORITY, ONE, and Seis are examples of products you could sign up for. Note: Products and services listed here are not offered nor endorsed by Sunrise Banks or Passbook by Remitly.

How will my personal information be handled?
